Sara - I'm a Ben Wallace fan just from last season, I didn't even like basketball until some friends forced me to watch the semi-finals and finals with them. So I asked "Who's that awesome guy with the 'fro who blocks all the shots?" and they say "Ben Wallace" and I said "Well, he's the best player in the universe".

I don't know if I should claim myself as a real fan because I just admire Ben Wallance as he is the type of guy that I dream of. I watch him playing in some games, but not every game. And I have to watch his games secretly without letting my boyfriend know it. He's jealous of the fact that I have a crush on Ben Wallace;and I always have to reassure him I love him more, Ben Wallace is just an idol. Besides the fact that I like Ben Wallace, I watch his games so that I can have some topics to talk about with my 15 year-old brother. My brother and I have a big age gap, fortunately my brother likes basketball, and he is playing basketball for school. So I guess having interest in NBA, especially we are both fans of Ben Wallace is the only thing that we have in common.
I'm sorry I do know this is the club about " Ben Wallace," but I talk too much that has nothing to do with Ben. I'd like to call him Ben, like Ben and I really know each other well. P.S I watch the game that played with Spur tonight and Piston won. I am so happy.

I know what r u talking about, cuz i feel the same, Ben is my idol, my hero, my true and never ending love. im watching all of his games, although its very hard to catch them due to the hours difference, but for him, i will be up all night , every night!!!
Im planning to go to Detroit next season to see some live games of his, its far away from where i live (israel) and very expensive but i dont care, he's worth every dollar.

Today is June 26th. Today I saw Big Ben Wallace in a local Bob Evans in Richmond,VA. I was so excited i went across the street,purchased a brand new basketball and sharpie,I then rushed back over to the Bob Evans where i proceeded to ask him for an autograph. He was so rude and in the end declined my asking for his signature. I was upset. Being that I myself decend from Detroit and he couldn't show any love for his devoted fans. i have lost the great respect i once had for that man. In the end it just shows you that being a star has indeed gone to his head.

I was surprised to read what happened to u, im sure u were excited to meet this guy and more then that u were disapointed from the way he reacted to u.
Although it sounds weird, since Ben is a nice guy, u can't judge a person just by one meeting, what im trying to say to u, dont be so upset with him, u might have caught him in a bad mood or he might have had some prob. and had a bad day.
I'm sure that if u will see him again u will see how kind and nice person he really is.

hey Sara and Mark well the movie was pretty funny and to what i think about brown leaving i think it is time for a change and thats a good way to do it even though brown is a kick ass coach i think that with him gone they will be able to let loose a bit more. in my opinion ben wallace should be coach and a player but no one listens to me...i dont really know much about the new guy but im sure he will do well seeing how he will be getting a bunch of highly skilled players. im not too sure about the minutes thing im not too sure cause ben isnt the most offensivly skilled player in the world an di guess its just the way the coach looks at it. i think he should get the same amount cause he is the emotional leader of the team so when he playes well or makes a big block steal or dunk the team feeds of that. but i guess we will have to see. till next time

I totally agree with u about Antonio M. and Hunter, they did their part in a good way, but they gotta get ride from the other players and get another tall guy next to Ben and another shooter, the other teams are starting to get some nice players, and the east is gettin stronger again, see Miami, or even Cleveland.
Do u know the new player of Cleveland??? his name is Sharunas Yasikevichius, he's from Lithuania, and he played 2 years in Maccabi Tel Aviv. (have u heard about them????) they are from israel and they won the european championship in the last 2 years (back to back) and this guy had a lot to do with it.
If he will sign there evantually, im telling u boy, Cleveland are going to be HOT!!!!

Glad to hear you had a chilling weekend and that is what there all about for sure. i agree the pistons do need a few fresh faces on the bench i think it will be the difference next year. man cleveland is gonna be a crazy good team next year they have lebron now they have hughes and marshall and now if they get Sharunas Yasikevichius ( which i havent heard of but he sounds good to me and i know u know your stuff lol) then they will be some major contenders for sure.

Well, another day went by, and Sharunas didnt sign at Cleveland, he signed at Indiana for 3 years. A huge disapointment for me cuz i dont like Indiana, as a meter of fact, this is the most hateful team in the league.
And to know that he's gonna play there, damnnnn, from all the teams that wanted him, why Indiana??? i guess money talks.
The east is gettin better, and now we not only have Miami to deal with, we also got those ass holes.
But remember what i told u, when the season will start and u will see him playing, dont forget who told u about him first... :-)
I gotta a question for u....Do you know how long is Ben's contract???? every summer im kinda scared that he will not leave the pistons, cuz then ill have to leave with him, and i dont want it, i love the pistons too (only love Ben more!).

Well there are 2 things we have in common now, we both dont like Indiana and we both dislike Kobe (personally i think he's very selfish player) but...im a lil bit scared from both of those team, they got stronger, had some new players and got back Phil Jackson (the best coach i think)...so it aint gonna be easy this season boy.
What do u think about Brown signing in the Knicks??? i think it was so obviest that he would go there, and although i love him, and he had 2 great years with the pistons, i didnt like this move of his, that was so not profesional of him to talk to other teams during the last playoff.
Anyway. i think he made a huge mistake.

We have a big prob. in Israel, it began last year when our local TV didnt buy the rights for the NBA channel, and we hardly saw any games last year (only the playoffs and 1 game a week).
My friends and i tried to do a lot to bring it back, talked to a lot of important people, signed on a petition (more then 2100 people signed) but nuthin....we didnt secceed.
Today we started all over again, lots of mails and phone calls and petition....hope we will do better this season, so wish me luck boo...and cross ur fingers for me.

In Israel there are a lot of things thats going on right now, other then the fact that its hottttttt in here like in a fuckin chiminy, we are dealing with this issue that call "the cut out" (something like that) meaning we give away to the palestinians some lands so they could call them palestine and in those lands we have a lot of jewish families that live there so the goverment is vacuating them, but they dont want to go since their homes are there, so there are a lot of ceos and mess right now.
i hope u understood what i said since its kinda hard for me to explain all that shit in english.
if u will open CNN or any other news channel u will see what i am talking about, its alllllll over the world, everybody's talking about it since this is a huge move made by our prime minister torword the peace, hopefully it will bring peace to this area.

And as far as my best quality..wow...i was never asked that question be4, u got me here boy....i think i would say loving person, i mean i love life and i love the love itself, i want to be loved all the time and im a very loving person, but on the other hand...i can be cold, snob and a very not sympathic girl sometimes...sometimes even meen....so maybe ill choose "strong" as my best quality, im a very strong person and i can deal with everything in life, im not breaking down...butttt till it comes to love....then im very weak....lol....i dont know, i guess im having both of them very strongly in me...till they hit each other...lol...thats my best honest answer i can give u.

Last thing, we are fishing around here, lots of people do that but not me, i dont like being in the nature much less fishing and defently not camping which is answering ur other question...i need to comfortable life, my bed, my shower my things my A\C my coffee...and u cant find it outdoors.

I'm doing ok, nuthin exciting is going on in here, but when u live in israel i guess its a good thing...lol.
I'm still looking for a car to buy, the last one i wanted to take turned out to be a bad one, it had lots of accidents and the car was in a bad shape, so i sold mine and now im without a car and looking for one, its hard for me not having wheels and im looking for one like crazy, hopefully ill find one this week.
other then that boy....its all the same.
my kids are going back to school this week, and our b-ball league is starting at the end of sep. so im really looking forword to it, and more looking forword to meet Ben's cousin, he suppose to come this thursday.
i do love to read but not always have the time for this, but i do find it very interesting.

how you doing? im not too bad just got back from my girlfriends and just about to eat supper thought i would write and see whats up.
did you hear about the big hurricane that hit the USA? if you watched cnn at all im sure you did it was a huge one apparently and some people died and lots of damages. thats no good i hope they recover....some of the flooding reached roof tops!!!!
pretty crazy stuff...im glad i live where things like that never happen having to live in fear dosnt really appetize me lol.
so how have you been? i hope you ahve found a sutible car by now cause im sure it makes things very difficult without one.
i start school again this week aswell im so excited its my last year so im going to have to get some good marks to get accepted into any good colleges and im not what you call the best student so its going to be a challange but im sure il do well.

Ye i've heard about the storm, actually i watched cnn all day yesterday, boy...that was crazy!! i feel so sorry for all those people there, and i dont wanna be in their shoes.
just like urself i live in area that dont have this kind of dessesters, lucky me, buttttttt in my area we have other kind of troubles, so u know what??? i cant tell whats better, to live in areas that suffer from storms and earthquacks and other nature problems or to live in an area like israel that a fucked up palestinian can put a bomb in any place at any time and kill lots of people. i really dont know whats worst, i guess both of them!
Ben's cousin is not here yet, he suppose to come at the beginning of next week, no doubt i will update u in every development....lol.
I guess u'r going back to school on Sep. 1st just like my two girls, so good luck to them and to u my dear in ur studies, im sure all three of u will do fine (gosh, i feel like a mother of 3 now....lol).
i havent found a car yet, and its been a week now, its really hard for me kido, and im starting to get pissed of, asking for other people for a ride and taking taxi's isnt really my style, im going crazy here.
